After all the much-needed rain, we have a sunny day! Brightly colored flowers are finally in bloom in our gardens.
Barely visible is a tiny spider hiding from my camera.
Enjoy your day!

As with most of my ideas/projects there is rarely an enforced timeline for completion. I started this painting project in December 2011.
I finished the majority of the painting this week.
We use a large section from a fallen oak tree to cut the main body of the chair.
The chair topper adds neat detail.
Now for some random fun paint shots.
The most difficult part of this painting was keeping my hands clean as to not paint my camera during the two days of painting. I used all old paints that would have ended up in the landfill to brighten up our backyard!

With our first pallet compost bin almost full, we may make a second bin.
Blackberries have been a diet staple since childhood.
The purple queen beans have a lovely blossom.
The two sweet potatoes that made slips from last fall’s crop are healthy.
Enjoy your day!
